Our liveaboard allows you to dive different areas of the Similan Archipelago, rather than doing the smae boring trips - we offer a variety. First we spend three days on a Southern Similan Diving Safari, then 3 days around the Northen Similans. And Finally a 3 day expedition to Richelieu Rock, Koh Bon and Koh Tachai. Join us for 3 days, 6 days or 9! You choose the best itinerary to meet your needs, or budget! We limit our guests to12 on our trips, so groups are small and there is a relaxed pace to un-crowded dive sites. Each cabin is air-conditioned with fresh air windows that open, and a seaview. You will be treated to the best in Thai hospitality, with western standards. We hope you will be pleased to discover that we provide 1 guide per every 4 guests, and a minimum of 6 crew members will be aboard to tend to your needs. When you dive with us you will make a difference. Our boat and trucks use only locally produced Biodiesel, so your hard-earned money makes a difference in our surrounding community. Khao Lak Liveaboard uses only fair-trade, phosphate-free soaps and detergents on the boat and in our shop, all in an effort to preserve the environment around us. Bed linens and towels are 100% fair-trade organic materials, and 10% of our annual profits go to local community organizations. We continually strive to make the world around us better. When it comes to staffing, we have the most experienced and highly trained in Thailand. Our continual training programs ensure that all staff certifications are current EFR (Emergency First Response), and DAN (Divers Alert Network 02) certified. Khao Lak Liveaboard has TWO Instructor Trainers and TWO Dive Medics on staff and we are the evacuation and emergency center for the region. In addition to these qualifications, we can conduct our dives and courses in 9 languages; English, Swedish, German, Thai, Indonesian, Dutch, Belgian and French (and even American!). Not diving? All Khao Lak Liveaboard trips feature professional snorkel guides! We always offer family-friendly trips that cater to divers and non-divers alike.
